Combuchont - W/O Rose (2025) saft Grüner TeeCombuchont W O Ros 2025 is an alcohol free sparkling tea from Upper Austria. Gyokuro and Oolong are fermented with the company's own yeast strain, blended with barrel aged tea, and enhanced with self cultivated red shiso. Part of the fine perlage is created during fermentation making it one of the Pet Nat Teas. Delicate pink and fine perlage. Dry and clearly structured, with subtle spice and exciting depth. Light and complex developed for the table.
