Cabraboc Gin negrejove L'Aperitiu's lively blend of lemonsCabraboc's first creation: CABRABOC Gin, an exceptional gin inspired by an island classic, the Hierbas Mallorquinas. The gin is based on the traditional botanicals of the Hierbas Mallorquinas (Mallorcan herbs). Fennel takes center stage, accompanied by orange and lemon tree leaves, lemon verbena, and other herbs and botanicals. The result is a particularly smooth gin with a fleeting sweet note, aniseed, and citrus aromas.
