Its whiskies are characterized by a harmonious style that combines sweet sherry notes with light peat smoke and maritime influences. The Highland Park 12 Year Old Viking Honour is the distillery's flagship and a tribute to the Viking past of the Orkneys. The whisky matured in sherry seasoned European and American oak casks, which gives
